The Board of Trustees for the WyCo Ethnic Festival Inc.
was pleased to offer
the Henry Louis Scholarship Award
in 2015 as a $250 scholarship to
to KCKCC student Deisy Melo-Melo.
The scholarship may be offered again in coming years.
